EC item refund

just a thought, i think that when era nerfs a ec item, like they did with the ac, the owner should have an opurtunity or refunding it back. I bought the ac specifically because it was fairly decent with the knockback capabilities, then they nerfed it and its just a faster version of candy bazooka, so it now goes unused. People work for their EC's and i dont think its fair that items be changed after people have bought them without having the chance to refund them if they dont like the changes. im not talking about a "gun Refund" system like other players talk about.
