    Era Documentation

So earlier this year I started creating Era documentation. It's been an off and on process and it has taken a long time. I have 2 documents made. They might not be helpful for everyone but I thought i'd release them to the public anyway.

The documents I'm releasing here are:

    1. The Graalonline Era Staff Guide: This is a document we produced for new hires but contains no secret information. It contains the rules by which staff are bound and explanations about these rules.

    2. The RC Guide: This document details the process of obtaining the staff tool called "Remote Control" and how it's used (a short guide, a detailed guide about RC would be 50+ pages long). The reason this guide was produced was because some staff have had a lot of trouble acquiring and using RC in the past.

    I hope you like them.

The documentation comes in the form of PDF files. You can view PDF files with the Adobe Reader, which can downloaded here: http://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/

    RC Guide: http://www.filedropper.com/rcguide_1

Note: these guides are works in progress, they will updated occasionally.

Note: A quick note about the separation between PR's and the Communications Team in the staff guide. When I was creating the guide I was told to separate them so I did. They serve very similar purposes and you could consider Communications as a PR that specialises in e-mail support.

Update: Added the guides to the Graal Bible: http://www.graal.net/index.php/Guides

Legal threats should go through the support center.
