Not entirely true.
Just keep it to a minimum of 1-10 and you should be fine. Not to mention it resets your history sometimes if you've not committed any sins.
I had my first warn a year ago and now it's gone. Unless you're constantly badmouthing people...
everyone stands a chance to be hired, but your chances will definitely diminish due to being warned before.

It all depends if you're up for the job,your record doesn't really affect your chances,but certain warns do,like racism,harassment etc.,so keep an eye on your record at all times.
If you're really fidgety about your record though,then don't be so outspoken haha,refrain from being too aggressive.

They don't want to be replaced so they say that "If you have a bad record then your not gonna be an admin" I suggest use a second account to become an admin.
