Upload mismatched colors problem?

sorry if this is sort of a dumb question, but I can't find anything about it. I'm trying to upload a custom, but each time I do it denies it automatically for the colors not matching? I'm not exactly sure what the issue is, since i've seen this head uploaded before, but this is the head I'm trying to upload

All frames need to match one another, meaning the frames that are like a darker version, they need to be more like the orignal head.
