Or maybe show some few designs of not allowed heads that has hats or mask covering whole face in the Custom Upload Place at news.
Make it easier for people to know what kind of head they want so you won't get to see this trash.
The root of the problem is negligent staff uploading illegal heads.

This is another situation on changing everything just because of 1 problem that they cannot fail.
If this carries on, we shouldn't make the rules in the first place and see the whole act of making heads with add-ons.

This has nothing to do with the customs but one time I was basing and we were battling out rival gangs at tachi. I was on the roof and lagging a little bit so I could not get in the base. I could still die and was not blocking door, just lagging. The rival gang was getting mad because they could not take base and reported me for blocking door. Ser came and jailed me instantly. I was never warned, never jailed before. Ser just jailed me for doing nothing just because someone said. Like I said, has nothing to do with the customs but shows again how unfair he is.
