    Traffic Control

    Traffic Control

I've noticed that Era has an extreme amount of car collisions, accidents, and road rage. This is due to the lack of managed control. Whenever I do car missions, I crash into another car and I can't get out of the car without getting out myself or yelling at the other person which gets extremely tiring. If these ideas are considered, modified, and implemented there will be great changes. Consequently, era will be safer and more fun to play.

    [Traffic Lights]
We could have traffic lights set up on some areas, especially the busiest spots and areas where car missions take place. You could also add traffic lights everywhere, but it would be a lot more complicated. The lights could sense if more than two cars were in the same intersection and light up.

    [Driving Test/Guidelines]
I think every driver should be held accountable for crashing into other cars such as fines and jail time. Before purchasing your car, you should have to go through a small tutorial on teaching you the basic rules, guidelines, and ethics. This could prevent many car accidents and problems on the road. We also need more signs on the roads, such as stop signs and "KEEP (Left/Right)".

    [Sidewalks]
People should be killed within two to five car hits if they are standing in the middle of the street. This means each car would do at least 10 HP damage to the player. This would avoid people fighting in the streets and cars would also need to be more careful in the parking lot crossings. At those points, there could be traffic lights. All pedestrians would have to walk on the sidewalks and refrain from going on the road to create car collisions. (NOTE): Skateboarders would also have to take the sidewalk. Bikes could take the road depending on things, but they would preferably be on sidewalks.

I think these ideas could be implemented with lots of effort and tests. This would not only satisfy me, and avid and fantastic driver, but other players on car missions, taxi rides, and pedestrians.

Have to agree with Kendrick here. I mean how many games with driving that has sidewalks, street lights, etc. are actually paid attention to? It's basically just there to make the game look better I guess you could say, but that's about it.

We don't need to be realistic in what we do or give ideas.
It's a 2D RPG game where gangsters and cops raid each other bases.

I don't think this should happen :P What I think should happen is just them fixing the cars so they won't get stuck each time they crash into another car .-.

I like the idea of increased damage received from cars when in the road though, it does piss me off with people standing in the middle of the road doing absolutely nothing.

But as for the traffic lights and driving tests....
    I honestly wouldn't care...
