I never said firerate makes a gun more powerful, I said the steampunk has probably the slowest firing rate in the game and that it's not better than the kap40. If you buy kap40 for 40-45k whatever it is your getting an m4/ sten with a lower clip and slightly slower firerate.
And iceman i'm still trying to figure out what point you're trying to make, obviously you still seem to be hugely effected by the 0.03 change, which I justified, and now are trying to say steampunk is better?
Basically all your argument is going to accomplish is a nerf to the steampunk if it's 'better' than all the guns priced up to 40k which i'm not convinced it is. Sure some people who are actually good might be able to win with it but that goes for several others (uzis, handgun, neo rifle, ap7s, mk23s to name a few).
Anyway I added a skin for the m4 and pdwsd in fort knox and buffed the p2ks dual firerate by 0.015
