Tec9 Skin.gif

I was wondering if this can be a Tec9 Skin or a new gun added to the gun. Me and my friend were playing around with this gun trying our best. I believe this gun might be my best and really cool looking.
If this gun gets added in the game i'm wondering if I could get something out of it or just added either way that will be nice.
