Lets make sure mobster activity doesn't cross over into countryside. This way, players can actually get away from the city's heavy violence and mobster wars.
Any gang who is reported to be having any sort of gang activity in the countryside should be in exile on era city for two weeks. This way, we keep mobster theme out of a non mobster themed area, and we also make sure that nobody like Camorra is saying that they own something that's not even released yet.
