Guns Admin, they manage guns, scripts, gani, graphics, levels, and anything consider for gun relation.
VIP Designer, they manage VIP, scripts, ideas, innovations, ganis, levels, and anything close to VIP.
One can not simply sign up for VIP, though. They must go from rank to rank, just like a PRA/SPR.
Useless? VIP is getting their butt's sat on a toilet with no activity occurring. Want to know what's useless? Seasonal VIP. Innovation? Damn no.
VIP will have a lot of work when you think about it. They will not do graphics for other things, that's GFX Team thing. They will focus in VIP and VIP only.
Get this game's team straight, the crack on the pipe is slowly being patched, but still has lots of leaks.
No need to worry for leaking. The position will be hard to get, even ways. On the top loyal, smart, and creative staff will get there. People might think VIP as a joke, but just wait till you get a load of VIP that everyone will love.
