GM4 , MetalStorm vs SMR

I've been wanting GM4 or Metalstorm for basing for a long time but too lazy to save for them, these two guns interest me more than BAR mainly because of the mobility.
Now, I noticed this gun SMR, it is alot cheaper than those two but pretty close to them statistically.

I don't know if these are the most updated stats or not.

SMR's freeze is only slightly higher than GM4 and less than Metalstorm, clip size is the biggest out of the 3 and has more fire rate than GM4? The only bad thing I notice about SMR is the high reload freeze but then again we can't forget that it costs only 85k gralats.

So, is this gun actually as good as the stats say it is ? Or are my stats too outdated and it's nerfed ?
How would you compare it to GM4 and Metalstorm ?
My main purpose with these guns is basing.
