Long time ago I won Chief's hat from events. He had two hats one was flashy and the other one was normal.
However I don't have it anymore. Pretty sure the file was deleted but that isn't fair, I should have gotten an ec or someone else's hat.

I have 39 hat pages and like 17 admin hats so it's hard to notice when a hat gets deleted.
I tried to submit a ticket but it keeps saying file not found + chief is never online on my timezone so..
