Because most of you can't seem to grasp something that should be fairly basic to understand, i'll explain it in pre-school terms in the hopes that will get to some of you.

Billy has 4 chocolates, his sister sarah has 3. Their mother decided that they both had too much chocolate so she took one away from both of them.
Billy now has 3 chocolates whilst sarah has 2. Whilst both have less chocolates before, Billy still has 1 more chocolate than sarah does

Literally. If all guns are effected the same way, the hierarchy of guns stays the same. If BAR is doing 9 damage instead of 10, then The GM4 is doing 8 damage instead of 9. Therefore the BAR is still better because it still requires 1 less shot to kill. Why is is so hard for you guys to understand
