SO you say "Nicholas, where do you think this 'stupid' wheel is gonna be" well my fellow Graalian; it could be held in the Old admins Bday house since it was closed. But then you ask "How will we 'activate' such a bonus?", there will be stands around the 'Wheel of Bonus', for you to activate it.

Look at the bottom of my post, I said you would activate it by going to the old admin bday house
