    An idea for an exotic coin item.

    I have an idea of the next exotic gun, it will be based off winter. The name of the gun will be related to winter or something, I will call it "winter staff" the gun stats are here
    Stats:
    -Fast rate of fire like flamethrower
    -8 damage
    -have spread like bar
    -Freeze 5
    Special effect:
    -Every time you hit someone they will run extremely slow and take damage at the same time
    -gun can make an ice shield to protect from bullets
