    Head upload

    Recently I've tried uploading a head with 32x560 pixel,

    but the upload system showed 'Sorry, the head image must have a size of exactly 32 by 560 pixels! The image you have uploaded is 0 by 0 pixels.'

    Can i have any answers to solve this question?
