Most hideouts are hidden im not sure why, Maybe its because they don't have enough room on map im not sure why. Ifreze for example is up at the very end of the map at Gangster zone. Ive actually found this a good question as to why they are hidden. When looking for a hideout just grab everything in the area or ask a member of that gang where the base is
