I have seen lots of people on era getting ha***sed by being called a noob, for example, me. But I don't care! But some people take it seriously, and I ahve some ways to help.
1. Just ignore them! Let them swear in your face.
2. Just reply "I don't care or IDC!" I drove someone mad with that. The person kept swearing and calling me a noob while I keep saying "IDC' until finally she left me alone.
3. Accept pm from friends only. That way people can't hurt you with pms.
4. Report them! TAHTS what I do. Let an admin take care of the job.
