How do you drive with taxis and earn money? Can u do it with other cars too?
You can't use a taxi currently.
Other cars, no, their just for decoration.
If you are looking for a car to drive, try looking at the shops.
They can be found by pressing the map>shops>other.
Shops with the word "Car" included.

You can buy a Taxi in the shop underneath lethal securities, you can use the taxi and any other car for car missions.
I remembered my old noob days with my first taxi.
I was driving people to get shells
Under lethal securities, you will see a tunnel. Go in and you will able to buy a taxi.
