0.15 change is the difference in freeze between the souizen and p2ks,
P2ks dual have 0.225 fire rate, 32 clip, 0.135 freeze 0.2 reload
Souizen is 0.24-25 fire rate, 12 clip, 0.12 freeze, 0.3 reload
P2k single has 0.3 fire rate, 16 clip, 0.12 freeze, 0.15 reload.

The guns are not underpowered, that's the best you're going to get them without them becoming extremely op, imo i would have rathered the p2ks were sold at 50k each so this debate wouldn't have happened.
The guns are good, I feel op using them and tend not to use them as much, single p2k is good for spar, dual for basing, learn to dodge, if you're trying to beat a bar 1 on 1 with them in spar, relying only on firerate then you should have waiting until you got 50k more kills before buying them

Ok all this makes sense. I did not realize how fast rof and low of freeze p2k's had. Except one thing doesn't make sense. Why were the pkers given a spar gun? The best pk guns are pbp and m107. High damage, slower rof, higher freeze. We were given average damage, fast rof, low freeze. The complete opposite of pking guns. I would have thought a version of pbp or something would have been the best bet but hey I don't make the decisions.
All in all I see how they are balanced but why were pkers given a spar gun?

Dual p2ks are kind of for basing, i didn't sell p2ks, i was away when they were sold, i was always against them being sold in the first place since people would expect them to be the same as the old p2ks

They would be good basing guns. A single p2k would be a bad basing gun. However, they are not good pk guns. Pk gun as in streaking, and pking outside of a base. I feel we should get a new gun. Make the p2k's obtainable at same price but you need 100k pk's and 5000 spar wins. Since it's kind of a spar gun, kind of basing gun. Anyone that already has the p2k's just got lucky and can keep them even if they don't have the 5k spar wins. Then add a new cheaper gun geared more towards pking for the pkers.

Changing how to achieve something now when others has already gotten is just makes the scenario worse.
I rather have an improvement in the p2ks dual than making it a spar-like gun.

Not going to happen, if people struggle to pk with a gun with those stats, or spar then I question how people got the 100k kills
