Trialpay Issue

So, two days ago I completed a Trialpay offer. The reward was 40k gratlats which I never received. It was the "Swag Bucks" offer which required you to earn 450 SB on swagbucks.com. I did, and I didn't receive my reward. Fortunately, all other offers worked fine for me which I very much appreciate. The offer took me quite some time to do. It wasn't exactly an easy offer to complete which makes me all the more unhappy I didn't get my gratlats. I already tried asking an admin about it and he told me to wait, which I did and still am. The rest didn't bother to reply. I'm sure they can't even do anything about it, and I'm even more sure that I'm not getting my gratlats. If that's the case, oh well. No use in crying over spilled milk. Either way, I'll be satisfied with just an answer.

We have absolutely nothing to do with trialplay- if you have problems with them you'll need to contact their support.

There's really no other choice unless you contact their support which is located in the Feedback menu.
