If you're talking about the issue of stealing heads, staff cannot prove that the head is yours, and also when you upload it, it is technically a free graphic. Unless you want to go through an incredibly difficult process and copyright your head, then the server cannot use it anyways. That's what I think is right ;o
I use ifile to change gunskins (online players wont see it)
