New 6k hours reward

It is extremely hard for any new gang at this point to compete with the power house gangs that are constantly basing era right now. And the average player isn't going to care much about a simple hat. When you add a new one off weapon that only the gangs can get that makes it unfair for every other small gang who is trying. It only makes the big gangs more powerful.
I've seen this before on PC Era where Tachi got katanas and then everyone joined that gang just to get the weapon.

Hats are just fine as a milestone for gangs. Or better idea, they could let someone customize a body for the gang and then make it sellable in the game for the gang members to buy.
Personally I hate the idea of giving a weapon to a gang that is already known for how good they are.

It would work like a 2k hat reward where only a limited number of members would recieve the melee. It would in no way make the gang more powerful when almost everyone in game already has a melee with these statistics... You wouldn't be able to join the gang just for the melee you'd probably have to be in it from almost the very beginning to get one depending on how many are given out.

So you are saying that Ebizous bar skin gives them an advantage? Because this will basically be just a reskinned melee that would probably be only given to 5 members. But for the love of god don't make it like the gun skins that people can join the gang get the skin then leave and keep it.

Exactly! It's the same exact thing. There are no advantages to having a basing heal staff to an ec heal staff, except that it's "cool," and shows the accomplishment of reaching 6k.

You can already get custom bodies so it wouldn't make a very good reward unfortunately.

Ebi's BAR Skin is just that, its not an actual weapon so most people look at it and don't care if their bar has that skin or not.
You have to think out of the thousands of people who play iEra only about a dozen people will ever own this weapon and that makes it unfair.

Uhm no? I'm not sure if you know what temps and perms are, but basically, there are really only 10 perms (permanent members; loyal members) that are with a gang through and through. With that being said, that's why there are no basing rewards (except changing a gun skin at 20k), that give the reward to more than like 10 people.

You said that only a dozen people would get the ebi bar, "and that's unfair." No it's not. There can be an unlimited amount of people with the ebi bar. All you have to do is be recruited, and go grab the ebi bar skin, if that's the reason you're joining ebi. On top of that, the ebi skin gives no advantages to the user whatsoever. It's just another skin to show off ebi got 20k basing hours.

That is the whole point of earning rewards, if you think a small gang that hasn't earned the hours should recieve the items for free, then perhaps you should rethink what you are saying? If you personally take a guild and get 6k hours tell me you shouldn't recieve a reward? Yes you can have your opinion, but gang rewards like that don't effect your play at all. We would just kill you with our katanas anyways if you want to be realistic. Or we could just shoot you. Giving us a decorative melee with hunter stats wont impead you attacking with only 4 people anyways I am sorry but that is just a flat truth you with ignorance refuse to believe. If your gang earns those hours you would be able to recieve the item as well. iFreeze wasn't born and made pro in a day. We have based for two plus years and earned our rewards and we started out small when EBIZOU, Obsidian, Grim Gegs and Gets dominated, so we have just as much say on whether a small gang can compete with larger guilds or not. We didn't have pirate zone to run to our Emines starting out, have a no pk timer base to fight in, mass amounts of low freeze weapons, base layouts that allowed rushing. We had each other and grew larger with work and sweat, not physically but you know what I mean.

27 to yes 6 to no I think the community agrees anyways.

I recommend looking up Icemans gang guide, made by a gang leader for those who want to bring success to their young guild.
