I'm currently in the same boat took about 24 hours for SNK to respond to my ticket on toonslab after that i sent him what he requested i'm still waiting on this issue to be resolved,But TBH i'm surprised i got a initial response back quickly even my bank does not respond to fraud claims this quickly lol.
