I have seen it and know it is very close. Lay was working this project and has been out of town personally until this coming Wednesday. I haven't asked snk but my guess is you shouldn't expect anything until at least his return.

Probably Lay only has permissions to this and not others. He is a high ranked staff admin.

His a high ranked admin, others aren't allowed to do this and neither will he sent someone to.
