Regions, which areas you live in or what server you'd prefer to play on. My friend introducted me to LoL and plays on the EUW server, so I joined in, but since I have another account in that region, I'm thinking about transferring my main account to the NA server. In which my life will be much easier. Like say I wanted to buy a League of Legends card, $25 worth. Since I live in Canada, I can only use my "NA bought item within the NA server." Whereas when I buy an NA item and use it on the EUW server, it will not work.
