    People who pay for this game on a monthly basis SHOULD NOT have to go thru these type of unpleasant experiences.

    This happened earlier this month as well.

    Give us a refund for this month, it is truly deserved.

    We're aware of a possible issue regarding VIP perks stopping/being removed from players.
    Please be patient, we'll have to wait for snk to get on tonight and investigate.
