The thing I and others don't understand is the lack of administrators. Projects are left unfinished because of real life, which is totally understandable. But that's why there's questions such as "how much time will you be able to spend working on iEra?" on applications. Plus Lafez you said that they're working out of their own time, and they're trying to make us happy? You do realize that it's optional for them to be staff and they can retire or "quit" at any time they want. Their job is voluntary? Partially false, the applications staff submitted, or even if they didn't, and were recomended, they have an option to accept the responsibilities of an administrator, or reject. But out of eagerness of what it's like to be iEra staff, they usually accept. They are then overwhelmed with all the responsibilities needed to be able to work for iEra.
I also partially agree that staff should have their breaks. I too would be overwhelmed with work, but that doesn't mean slacking all the time. With era's fast growing population, staff team is in dire need of more responsible and activel users to take on the role of staff.

Just wait a little more guys... I, myself usually don't even spend half of the time THINKING about what's not released yet, how long it's been and whatnot.. You do need to realize, like Ser said, all the staffs are humans not robots. Y'all think that they can just finish up any project immediately or do whatever you want them to do in the snap of their fingers?
They have a life to live just like the rest of us out here.. Don't expect them to be sitting around 24/7 finishing things up just to please all the people complaining..
Find occupation, if you really have nothing to do at all on era then just do something else, read books, watch tv or whatever... Heck, you can even go around the mall trolling people with your friends instead of sitting there all day waiting for something that certainly is gonna have months to come before it even gets released..
