Problem uploading logo on a tablet
I been having problem uploading logo on a tablet. Do you upload logo on your tablet and can help me? I really don't know much about this stuff! How do you upload it? What is the way of doing this? You know, typing picture jpeg? How do you type a picture jpeg?

When you open the logo in a program made for editing pixels, save it as (.jpeg).

Im not sure if its the same but I know iOS devices automatically convert any image to a jpeg regardless on how you save them, as I said, not sure about tablets though, you'd think it'd be the same.Originally Posted by nikki

Try redownloading the app. That may help. It helps me on phone.
