Do they automatically deny it because it causes lag on the server or it is too Awesome??? Why does it deny it and why cant they raise the frames? I think the frames means how much animation it has per second or something.

They automaticly deny it because they cant have alot customs with 6000 frames as it takes up abigger space in their amazing server and the frames is the number of images that mades u the gif
