Spd pogo bug? animation?

I think it isn't a bug(for me so no hatin'), I think that's just the purpose of that, to just stay in its position ;-;

The pogo was made like that unfortunately. I don't know why it was made not to move but it just is

that pogo stick was ment to be a decorative item like egg juggle, head bounce and stuff like that, the pogo that you can move arround is in the house in era city which is white ( idk what is the shop name ) and buy it there for 5k, then that pogo can be moved, the pogo that you have now is included as "fake" because you can't move arround with it

I am pretty sure it's not meant to move but what would be te point in that lol or maybe it's just everyone experiencing the same problem
