Sadly scamming isn't illegal and the staffs can't do anything for you once the trade has been completed.
before entering the trading tables there should be a warning about scammers,you should have read it.
So sorry about your loss,reminds me of when i got scammed 4 years ago..:/

Sadly, admins can't retrieve your trochus back for you.. What's done is already done, scamming is legal in era...
You should've gotten messages warning you about scams when you entered trade tables, be more aware next time

Scamming is unfortunately legal, staff can't do anything to recover scammed items. Also how did you get scammed on the trading tables? Make sure the items you're buying is placed on the table before completing a trade.
