I believe there should be more PRs and such to keep these kids safe.

I think anybody would agree with you that it's important to take precautions against CyberBullying and "Online Predators".
That's just a given in today's society.

Our staff team already takes this very seriously.
Every measure we could take against these types of people is already being taken.
We have a reports tab, that allows players to file complaints if they believe they're being treated unfairly, or if they feel threatened in any way.
And our PR team is pretty quick to respond to any situations that fly through on our reports tab.
Plus, we have it posted in several places on our game: "Do not give out personal information".

That's about all we can do as far as policing these types of activities.

Era is not a daycare, and the PR Team are not baby sitters.
True, they're here to enforce the rules of our game.
But we cannot take responsibility if the child is naive enough to neglect our warnings, and give out their information.
We cannot take responsibility for their refusal to use the resources provided to them, such as our reports tab.

Even if such an event as kidnapping were to happen, I don't feel that GraalOnline would be responsible.

It comes down to parenting.
The parent allowed their child to get on a game which they knew full well had multiplayer capabilities, complete with in-game chat.
If a naive 10-year-old child is here, and is giving out their personal information, one of two things have happened:

1) The parent has failed to lay out ground rules about chatting on the internet.
2) The parent does not monitor their child's activity when in the online environment.

Shame on the parent that grants their child free reign of the internet.
GraalOnline claims no responsibility for parental neglect and child endangerment.

I don't think a city park would be responsible if a parent left their child there unattended for several hours.

Hiring more PRs would not address the issue of parental neglect.
When it comes to recruitment, we hire all applicants that meet our requirements.
The only way to get more PRs would be to lower our standards, and include those who wouldn't normally make the cut.

We shouldn't have to lower our employment standards because of parental neglect.

I theorize that people get forwarded to Astro from e-harmony.com when they don't meet the website's minimum age requirements.
