Oh, and the funny thing is that they have some of the most active gun users here, on the forums, at their disposal, to give them feedback, ideas, and advice. "the P2K's will always remain the #1 PK rewards" said by RecurveZ, is the kind of attitude that completely destroys the point in having a system with feedback included. You're basically saying "Screw off, we don't care what you like, we're right and you're wrong." Yes, gun admins, because you have more collective time with these guns than the community of over 2000 people. Making the gun and testing it, is different than buying the gun, and using it daily. Especially when there's one of you, and thousands of players.

There should be 2 GA's one that understands weapons and is willing to test weapons and to balance. Another to actually do the scripting ect.

I think he'll learn quite well since he can already program on Unity.

I'm not saying we should remove our GAs, but you guys do have a point. They probably got accelerated because they're getting stressed with too much work lately, please understand them, remember they're still doing their job.
Kindly ask them what kind of stats you'd like to see in the P2K and they will think of it, no need to pull out everything out haha.
