This action is impossible, itachi isn't wrong however. There was a time where you could do transfers but not anymore. If you strongly wish to still try and continue this transfer of yours then try and email snk. Here is his email: [email protected]

Actually,He needs to have a strong and legit reason for an account transfer before sending an email.Not how much he wants it to be transferred.
I've a couple of friends that requested for an account transfer but it was denied due to plenty of reasons.
(For example,Your friend has access to your account and he/she wants to transfer your entire account into theirs.)
So it’s best to just stick with one account as there’s a very high chance of you not receiving a transfer due to identified accounts not being compatible for a transfer.
