Sometimes administration will work on released items etc, but we have no way of knowing if he has or not. I can agree though from an eyes glance I've only seen him in an arena raging if he loses or hosting events.

You say that now but even he might not be up to scratch. Think about this, most of the GA's have done things that are popular/good but also unpopular/bad so it is impossible to predict if someone would do the job well.
