It's rather unfortunate you had to get caught in this bait-and-switch thing.However,it's not possible to get a refund.
You can use the search function to look up similar threads regarding this.It has been addressed by the one who tweaked it's stats.
In my opinion,this should have been made an exception,being promised with certain stats and then a sudden change of it.You'll definitely feel displeased or cheated,somewhere along the lines.
Still,it's not for us to decide.

Yeah the Minigun won't go back to how it was before. It's disappointing, but we have to just live with it. Moreover if we would have had a better description at the beginning I don't think the sales would have been as high before it got nerfed. It was never stated to be a defensive gun until after the nerf so if many people knew this before nobody would have bought it and instead picked another gun
