What my mind is making me type:
Prevention is better than cure. We must stop the riots before more people join in. There should people like the Riot Police who will patrol certain parts of Era and if there are maybe 3-5 people planning to start a riot, they must contact higher members of staff immediately so that it would not expand. They will be normal players because normal looking players are not easy to detect that they are connected to a branch that prevents riots. I got that idea from on duty police without their uniforms on to easily capture and jail the criminal before they run. Normal looking players who are actually members of that riot prevention group would ask them what they are doing and so if they share their plan, the riot police will contact staff immediately.

What MY mind is telling me to say:
You can't prevent what is already spreading you can slow it sure..but it's already happening unfortunately. you can easily stop a group of 3-5 planning to start a riot though and how would the admins know the difference between the real group and some idiot knock off wannabes? I don't think you know what WIND is about dude. These rioters are more organized than just a couple of noobs unfortunately.I know some of their guys and its not exactly the little group you think it is ._.
I for one am scared and I am ready to do somethin about it with the admins help or not.
I too am very tired national aquarium is gay and sea world is better xD.
Anyway like I said a task force is not exactly the smartest idea for me. I would assume just giving then what they want I am currently undecided in the argument. Admin seem to know how to handle yet rioters know the admins...And isn't your idea basically undercover cops sir Murd3r?!

You should make a day or two where admins completely slack off. They disable all pms and have no one contact them. No events, auctions, freebies.
No one to approve customs, gang pictures, to remove lag abusers, or jail harassers. Just have a day with no admin contact response or help.
At the end of the time period snk could send out a message saying, "So do you realize how much we do now?"
This would show all the rioters that admins do something. That they don't just sit in the event house staring at event coins.
