Since Rage Blade is healable like Heal Staff.
I think that Cotton bud should do the same aswell just like Bamboo rod.

Because Rage Blade = 4+5 = 9. Heal Staff = 4+5=9. Same that's why it is healable.
For Cotton Bud = 6+3=9. Bamboo rod = 6+3=9.
It should do the same then.
