Is there a support page or website where I contact contact Snk personally?

I am having serious troubles with identifying my account regarding my e-mail and I feel as if I am not getting the support I need from the "Letter to the Staff" forum. I have no way of connecting to my account because my e-mail no longer exists under my service provider and I am being denied an e-mail change by the high-ranking administrators here.

I would really like to contact Snk personally so I can discuss my issue with him and find out the fate of my account.
