Contacting a Specific Administrator

Hello Player Relations Team,


Is there a support page or website where I contact contact Snk personally?

I am having serious troubles with identifying my account regarding my e-mail and I feel as if I am not getting the support I need from the "Letter to the Staff" forum. I have no way of connecting to my account because my e-mail no longer exists under my service provider and I am being denied an e-mail change by the high-ranking administrators here.

I would really like to contact Snk personally so I can discuss my issue with him and find out the fate of my account.

It's their loss as well.

As minimal as it may seem to them, they just lost a dedicated player who didn't mind investing money into their games due to lack of security of our accounts that they provide us and I'll make sure my opinions and struggle with this game is shared.

It's not lack of security for accounts.
Accounts are very secure.
At this point, we trust our players to keep their email address secure.

even snk would give her a similar response of what vendhin had said,they no longer do email transfers even if you did manage to contact snk,no is still the answer.

(had a friend that wanted an email change last December with the same exact scenario as Fae)
