The Support Team is not synonymous with a "Player Relations" team. Support Team members help with many simple tasks that Development Staff members would simply be wasting time on, thus saving time and making the development process more efficient.

We recognize that there is little need for a "Player Relations" team at this point in development.

I "support" the development process. I help the Levels Team with simple designs, give them coordinates to connect levels.

I also help recently hired staff members get familiar with rc, tile editor, commands, ect. if they are not familiar with graalonline.

I organize files and images in-game with descriptions so that devs can find what they need easily.

The tileset cant be stolen.
i did some of the tiles + there are free tiles posted in offical graal forum.

When you feel insulted by the question "who are you?" then you shouldn't go outside because People will ask you that.
