My opinion about euthanizing humans.
Some politicians take the stance that euthanizing humans is burke, although I feel like euthanization should become legal under strict procedures and guidelines.
Euthanizing gives people a way out from painful diseases, which are often as painful as being tortured.
It gives an option to end the suffering quickly, rather than prolonging it.
Like Tenzin Gyatso says, “In the event a person is definitely going to die, and is either in great pain or has virtually become a vegetable, prolonging their life would be cruel.”
The main counter view is that legalising this and murder is a thin line, and it could lead to catastrophic death caused by misusing this leeway. Although this stance is in play, I feel it can be overcome with laws being put in place.
There is also the point where people don't have control over their own body and it is illegal to do certain things with it. This also contradicts your own freedom to do what you like with your own body, as long as it doesn't effect those around you.
Using strict guidelines and procedures I believe that euthanazing should be allowed in the United States. Not only is it a kind way to end suffering, but it is also a right for Americans to choose what happens to their bodies. To require dying patients to endure unrelievable suffering regardless of their wishes is callous and unseemly. Would you require someone to die a slow and painful death against their wishes? I hope not, because through euthanazing you could avoid this and give someone the gift of a death with dignity.

In short - I agree that it should be legalised, but under strict regulations and rules.

My viewpoint regarding NK and Russia as threats are as follows: The North Koreans pose no threat to the United States as of yet due to the sheer power and stronger military the United States has. Russia on the other hand is a different story. Russia is known as a world power for a reason, their weaponry and military is just as advanced as ours and possess as many warheads as we do. The diplomacy between the US and Russia has always been on shaken grounds, dating back to when Russia overthrew its Czar and set communism as its government. The views between both governments are extremely different which is why the United States and Russia have such heated tensions. While communism and capitalism both work on paper, in real life both forms of government are corrupt in their own regard, however communism is more susceptible to corruption. Greed for power and wealth is human nature, and because of this communism will never work despite how ideal it sounds. Citizens of the United States were taught that communism is an evil form of government, and as such feared communists and paranoia ensued, thus the start of the Cold War. While the Russians are at a shaken peace with the United States, the tensions between both ideals spark every few years always leaving the Red Giant as a threat.

TLDR: Russia is considered a danger because of the threat of Nuclear Warfare should another Cold War type situation arise.

First we will need to analyse about what is communism and what is capitalism. I can then make my judgement.
Capitalism and communism are different in their political and economic ideologies. Capitalism and Communism never go together.
Capitalism is based on private ownership of the means of production and on individual economic freedom. Most of the means of production, such as factories and businesses, are owned by private individuals and not by the government. Private owners make decisions about what and when to produce and how much products should cost. Other characteristics of capitalism include the following: Free competition. The basic rule of capitalism is that people should compete freely without interference from government or any other outside force. Capitalism assumes that the most deserving person will usually win. In theory, prices will be kept as low as possible because consumers will seek the best product for the least amount of money. Supply and demand. In a capitalist system prices are determined by how many products there are and how many people want them. When supplies increase, prices tend to drop. If prices drop, demand usually increases until supplies run out. Then prices will rise once more, but only as long as demand is high. These laws of supply and demand work in a cycle to control prices and keep them from getting too high or too low.
Now more about communism.
Karl Marx, the 19th century father of communism, was outraged by the growing gap between rich and poor. He saw capitalism as an outmoded economic system that exploited workers, which would eventually rise against the rich because the poor were so unfairly treated. Marx thought that the economic system of communism would replace capitalism. Communism is based on principles meant to correct the problems caused by capitalism.
The most important principle of communism is that no private ownership of property should be allowed. Marx believed that private ownership encouraged greed and motivated people to knock out the competition, no matter what the consequences. Property should be shared, and the people should ultimately control the economy. The government should exercise the control in the name of the people, at least in the transition between capitalism and communism. The goals are to eliminate the gap between the rich and poor and bring about economic equality.

The term “capitalism” was invented by communists to describe the system that existed (and exists). Communism is an idea of how society can operate, where workers democratically decide what to make, and how much to make, and how much of the produced goods people are entitled to take.

So it’s difficult to contrast the ideas: one is a description of what exists, and the other is an idea of what might become.

The ideology of capitalism used to be called liberalism, and today is called neoliberalism. It’s also been called classical economics or laissez faire. The fundamental ideal is that the state not be involved in business, and that the state not really be involved in very much at all.

Like communism, laissez faire is a an idea of how society can operate. It doesn’t actually exist, and hasn’t ever existed — the state has always been involved in the economy, and has generally been the largest investor in any state’s economy.

Communism in essence, is far superior to Capitalism. It embodies a system of equality, in terms of money and power. In a communistic society, the idea of government has withered away, as there is no need for a ruling body anymore. Yes, I am saying that 'laws' have been abolished since there is no ruling body to implement them, in terms of a written decree that X is illegal and the consequence is Y punishment. The idea of money has been abolished as well, since every worker is equal and receives the same 'payment'; though I will venture to say that there is no real payment, as much as an availability to the same resources and privileges as everyone else. The idea of class, fiscally, has deteriorated as well. Since monetary superiority is not longer possible, no longer can individuals or groups, who previously had more status or money (they go hand in hand), have influence or power, over anyone else. The superiority of this theory over Capitalism is very visible. Capitalism breeds self sustainment, but also advocates a 'dog eat dog' nature, and relies too much on one's ability to do better than another; as this is wrong, because no matter how much Capitalism says, even if you work hard, if you are inherently less adept (Biologically) at a skill, ability to speak, ability to understand quickly, etc, you will not succeed; as society may value a particular 'intelligence' or skill over another. Capitalism advocates the desire for a 'better than normal life', and to have a better education in order to attain this. This breeds materialism, which is an injustice within itself and is the antithesis of what a society should be; and that is the equality of all, in all regards possible.

Well, I think drugs should not have been legalized. Before then, it was hard enough to keep kids in school from smoking weed and injecting heroin. Now since its been legalized, its like those potheads have a free ticket to doing so.

Whats your view on abortion?

My views on abortion is as follows: Abortion is ok because it is a humane way to end pregnancy. The baby is removed before it can even survive on its on own, and pregnancy is something that isn't always wanted. The mother should be able to decide the fate of her child, and whether she can care for one or not. Also it would be much more painful to give up your child rather than to have it being born at all.

What are your views global warming?
I believe global warming is being overlooked a lot and can cause some serious damage.
To show you what global warming and the effects of it, I have written this;
Global warming is the rise in temperature of the earth's atmosphere.
It's said that by the time a baby born today is 80 years old, the world will be 6 and a half degrees warmer than it is now.
Is this bad? The earth is naturally warmed by rays (or radiation) from the sun which pass through the earth's atmosphere and are reflected back out to space again. The atmosphere's made up of layers of gases, some of which are called 'greenhouse gases'. They're mostly natural and make up a kind of thermal blanket over the earth.This lets some of the rays back out of the atmosphere, keeping the earth at the right temperature for animals, plants and humans to survive (60°F/16°C).So some global warming is good. But if extra greenhouse gases are made, the thermal blanket gets thicker and too much heat is kept in the earth's atmosphere. That's when global warming's bad.
Whilst we are using various green energy sources, we should still push for more.
Renewable energy sources such as geothermal energy are being used much more, yet in various places it could be used more.

Why is geothermal energy the most obvious choice for New Zealand’s future energy needs? As a renewable source of energy that is readily available and sufficient in New Zealand due to its location on the Indo-Australian and Pacific tectonic plate boundary it is an economically beneficial way to generate power for the country. In New Zealand Maori people have used geothermally heated water to cook food and provide medicinal properties for many thousands of years. The richest zone in New Zealand for geothermal features is the Taupo Volcanic Zone, situated in the middle of the north island. Here you will find hot pools, geysers and mud pools.
Geothermal energy is the harnessing of the heat from underground magma which is then used to generate electricity using steam. There are three geothermal technologies power plants could use to generate electricity using steam. These are dry steam, flash steam and binary cycle. Geothermal energy companies build the most suitable technological plant depending on the temperature of the steam and what state it is in. Dry steam (the technology used in the very first geothermal power plant) draws steam directly from underground to turn the turbine, which then drives the generator to produce electricity. Using Flash steam technology (the most common type of geothermal power plant) very hot water (greater than 182degC) is pumped from underground under very high pressure to a lower pressure tank at the surface. Once it reaches the surface tank some of the water vaporizes very quickly (flashes). That vapour/steam turns the turbine, which then drives the generator to produce electricity. If there is any water left in the surface tank it can be pumped to a second tank and flashed off again. The Binary Cycle power plant uses two fluids in separate loops, one being water and the other a fluid that has a lower boiling point than water. The water is pumped underground to be heated, returning to the surface past a heat exchanger which cools the hot water and heats the other fluid quickly turning it to vapour which will be under a higher pressure (flash off). This vapour turns the turbine, which drives the generator producing electricity.
The primary advantage of geothermal energy in New Zealand is that it is close to the surface and readily available, without having to drill down to great depths. Secondly New Zealand depends on primary industries such as agriculture, where geothermal energy is used directly to heat greenhouses which grow fruit, flowers and vegetables. Geothermal energy is also used for some secondary industries like the paper pulp mill in Kawerau, as well as for domestic and commercial heating in certain areas such as Rotorua and Taupo. The third advantage of geothermal energy is that it does not depend on the weather for its availability. When geothermal energy is over used you have to drill deeper to get to the heated rock, because you are extracting the heat from the areas that you used. This could result in the possible extinction of geysers, mud pools and hot springs which will not only affect energy production, but could also decrease tourism in the area. Another disadvantage of using geothermal energy is that when it is extracted from the earth it can cause sinking of the land (subsidence), for example at Wairakei where the ground is subsiding at about half a metre every year. The hot water that is pumped up to the surface contains poisons such as arsenic, mercury, lithium and boron. This used to pollute waterways and raise river temperatures because the waste water was pumped into local rivers. However, now the waste water is recycled back into the ground.
Many of the environmental factors have been discussed in the advantages and disadvantages of geothermal energy in New Zealand. Another factor that could affect the environment negatively is the emission of hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide. These gases are heavier than air and therefore they collect in dips and holes in the ground. If people are working in the area they could collapse and die because of the lack of oxygen. There are about 28 geothermal power plants in New Zealand which produce about 13% of the country’s power. They have a load factor (the amount of energy that can be produced for the amount that is needed) of 90-95%. The Wairakei plant has generated electricity with low running costs and more than 90% load for the last 40 years.
Presently more Maori owned businesses are using geothermal energy which gives it the “stamp of approval” by the Maori who own the land access rights to many of the geothermal fields. So I think the New Zealand government should invest in geothermal energy, because it is easy to access, reliable and economically beneficial to all the people of New Zealand.
