It is about scamming not about equal treatment, Obs and Gets as far as I know where hacked, now that's a different story, and has nothing to do with fair treatment because sk wasn't hacked it was scammed, big difference.

Didn't the only way to "hack" was giving out yours personal information (such as email, password, etc)? Then that is breaking the rules.

Scamming is legal.

Once the ownership is passed to someone, you will lose your ownership. Fact. And you are no longer the gang owner so you can not do anything with it anymore, but the new owner.

Hearts has passed ownership to Kippy, which means the gang is now Kippy's gang and Kippy can do what he wants with the gang, except for selling it(USD). Kippy has earned the ownership in legit way so he didn't do anything wrong. Kippy has decided to give the gang to iPandavi, so he did it. And now iPandavi earned the ownership in legit way too. So he can keep the gang no matter who spent a lot of time in the gang or what the original owner says. But, iPandavi didn't followed one of the iEra rules, USDing. So he is Jailed for USDing, trying to sell the gang. And that gang that he tried to sell will be permanently deleted. But Layerd decided not to delete it, so he is keeping the gang in his hand.

Logically, the old owner will not get the gang back.

But, from what I've seen on this thread - Obsidian was previously scammed by someone just the same with sK. Obsidian's owner got the gang back, but sK owner did not.

Graal Era Terrorist Squad accidentally passed ownership to someone else and got the gang back.

And other story is that they were hacked so the staff transferred ownership back to them.

But, how can people hack? From my knowledge, the only way to get hacked(scammed) is by giving out your personal information. So the gang owner gaveout personal information to share account or just being stupid. If they gave out account information for account sharing purpose, then the gang owner break one of the rule so he/she should be punished.

yep; sofaking gave gets to a noob and the noob was smarter than sofa thought and he deleted the gang but gets was given the gang back; hearts gave the gang to kippy who she thought was a good guy but he gave the gang to ipanda or whatever his name is and that guy tried to sell the gang for money so instead of disbanding it give it back to hearts will y...

Previously when the other gangs had similar issues, it was resolved in less than a week
For us is close to one month now, please act on this, do not deprive the gang from activity anymore
