I had a conversation with Ace an admin that I couldn't get on my account because it was stuck on the loading page, and now this is what happend after it:

Uhmm, I got an graal identify thing to identify by email because when it was fixed it didn't remember my account when I logged in, and so they said click on this link if this id your computer, I clicked on it and whenever I come back to game it will say, "The owner of the account recieved an email and needs to approve this computer, and I already did confirm the email to that computer, fix please, yesterday night I just bought graals and then it's just kicking me off of my account. Please help.


Please help, my account will be gone forever if I don't get this fixed

Sounds dodgy. I think that a normal player cannot help. Try posting it to "Letter to Staff" so a high staff (Developer, Manager, etc) can see what options you got.

Someone is in your account, this happened to my friend and he quit era and then I got on one day and there was someone using his account, if you have the email to that account then it is yours and you need to get in touch with a admin.

To be sure get on another device and see if someone has logged on your account in the past day and if it says you did log on theres someone using your account, get on letter to staff and explain to them what you told us.
