    Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't a PR allegedly involved in PPP's hack? Yeah, he sure is busy.

    99% of messages i receive are asking for free EC, freebies, dolls, or letting me know they got their account "hacked" (when they really didn't, they let someone on their account and regret it after someone takes their items)

    How to make staff do their job

    This topic has been opened several times and same reply is expected. Staff members most of the times get spammed and literally junk mail, they wont be able to search through 1K pms just to find your pm because they wouldnt know, so they simply remove all spam by "/clearpms". None of them just sit around doing nothing because each staff has a job to do, and they do check reports but they dont give an act based on a simple report because players abuse it for their own usage (most of the time its a lie) thats why they cant take an action based on a report. If you have an issue example: Hacker. Take proof of it (video preffered as picture can be edited) and tell a staff member the name of the person and he will ask for the proof. if the proof was convincing then an action will be taken. so dont misjudge staff members.

    If you think a specific staff member ignores you please do report them, we take all reports seriously.

    We're constantly trying to improve our team, we do appreciate your feedback.

    I'd say that more or less around 70% of the PMs I recieve are asking for dolls, events and freebies then I get the occasional "free EC please"

    I have never ignored someone who was legitimately asking for help.

    Maybe some just have to realise that staff does not reply to:
    - "Hey Anero, free EC please!"
    - "Hey man, host events now!"
    - "Hello Anero!"

    Directly state your question.
    If you want us to grab a statue, enter your house, place the statue, then PM us. It's way faster.
    If you want us to give you a doll, just PM us - then again, there are some staff members who want to keep their dolls rare, so you might not always get the doll.

    Also, be aware that you don't get hacked.
    If someone else is able to get on your account, you most likely gave your own account information, such as email and password, away. It's your responsibility to ensure that your account stays your account.

    I also get a lot of "Freebies please!"-messages.
    I usually do them, but not if I get a PM every 15 minutes, freebies are supposed to stay at least a little rare.

    Once again, I read all PMs if I'm not away for a short period of time.
    If you do not get a reply, think about what you messaged me, think about what I posted.

    Hope this clears some things up.
