It really just depends on the person, some people have ties to it and others don't like me. Like say someone lost family due to WW2 and saw that, i'm pretty sure they would be mad.

These gangs are sometimes racist, sexual, supposed to be humorous. I understand that this is indeed your ethnicity. Dude that is perfectly fine that my gang gets the name chsnged but what im trying to say is, he didnt told me anything he just said it is inappropriate i asked why and i got jailed i mean at least let me decide the name of my gane before changing it i didnt realize it would be offensive to someone due to the other gangs...
But anyway i would have liked this kidn of answer by the admin before jailing me for 'saying racial things in public' at least i want to decide the name of my gang.

I didn't handle the situation, nor do I know who did -- I just looked up the result. I do believe it should have been handled better, but I do not believe the result would have changed much.

To Shady:
Since it probably does come down to fault on both sides, I may refund your $2000 for the gang once you purchase one again --- but the messages from this thread will still hold, as you now have had an explanation. I'll look into it more by speaking with whom handled the situation, and from there decide whether or not to remove the warn/jail history for this incident.

Also, the "3 warning rule" only applies to certain categories. Things such as USD/Sexual Harassment/Racism/etc now have instant jail times, since it is more 'severe' compared to something like vulgar language.
