Is lagging or glitching in spars illegal.

Like Raven previously stated, glitching is illegal, not only while sparring but always in-game (especially if it infects the the game and other players).
Lagging isn't something you can always afford, so it's legal. It's not the player's fault or decision to lag or not.

No, I said I will increase my ping if it's legal if it's not I will not do it. Because it isn't fair for me to compete with laggers and I am not lagging or cheating in spar and they cheat in spar. So unfair.

Lagging isn't always good in spar. And it's not called "cheating". When someone lags you can use any melee on him and that would be "fair" enough.

I tried my best to kill the lagger and it work all you have to do is spam bullets everywhere and it turned his hp to 10-5 thx!

Intentionally lagging IS illegal, glitching is not associate with lag all the time.

If you're caught lagging too much, you'll get disconnected by a staff. If you're caught lagging only at some times with a decent wifi, then you're considered abusing the lag switch.

Don't forget we all play on an IP address using our router. So anything is plausible.

I know that, I was just asking if it's illegal because some noobs are using it in spars and i can't win because their lagging.

Oh, I thought you were saying that if it's your Wi-Fi problem.
What you are talking and tried to is illegal.
If you are purposeful to make yourself lag hard, it's illegal.

I know there are lots of laggers, but I've seen a few spar matches where the loser of the previous match either lagged or glitched and somehow stayed inside the spar box and creating a three player spar even though he lost the previous match... I always lose three player spars just because some guy glitched/lagged in.
