Lagging isn't always good in spar. And it's not called "cheating". When someone lags you can use any melee on him and that would be "fair" enough.

Intentionally lagging IS illegal, glitching is not associate with lag all the time.
If you're caught lagging too much, you'll get disconnected by a staff. If you're caught lagging only at some times with a decent wifi, then you're considered abusing the lag switch.
Don't forget we all play on an IP address using our router. So anything is plausible.

I know there are lots of laggers, but I've seen a few spar matches where the loser of the previous match either lagged or glitched and somehow stayed inside the spar box and creating a three player spar even though he lost the previous match... I always lose three player spars just because some guy glitched/lagged in.
