Era Image Upload Website Down!? (Continuing)

This website is on and off sometimes it will work,Other times its down,And it gets annoying,Like right now its down,When ever you click the right head and submit the file the sight says...

Use an internet optimizer. I played in mozzila and IE no problem and when i lag there I got ban 2 months for detecting me I am lagging.
