To be honest I´m not shocked by your reaction - I kinda expected that most people don´t really think it through.

So you guys are complaining because one guy received a chemical gun?
Just this alone is weird because you´re only complaining about the chem and not about the other items that were hosted but let´s leave that.

I wouldn´t really say he got it free because it was a reward of 2 combined events - a skill one (hide and seek) and then luck to be chosen 1/25.
Requires alot of luck and skill to actually win that with 3500+ players online.

As I said I´m not surprised - however I am surprised that the guys who´re complaining in this thread don´t complain about other stuff.
Yesterday we gave out 7000 Event Coins FREE and I didnt see anyone making threads. Nor did anyone make threads about the facebook share that hands out items that are nearly worth as much as the chemical gun. And those aren´t even given out in an actual event in the game.
And no don´t try to come at me with the "This is advertisement"-argument. There are too many people using graal FB accounts for it to actually be a good way of advertisement.

The EC currency has been killed through the years due to fb shares and free ec stuff and no one said a word. I didnt see any staff or player complain about it ... But one. And guess what that was me.
By now it is too late to stop it as ECs aren´t worth anything anymore. And now you guys complain because I do a single event and hand out a few items to not just those who have the best internet connection (thats what events are about these days).
Have you guys ever seen someone complain about a RL lottery because someone just won 1 Million dollar and you have to work years for that much money? I doubt it.

However there is one thing I have to admit - I should have announced that this event was going down earlier so more people could participate. That is a fault of me and I didn´t think of that so my apology for that.

And now enough words of the panda - someone has to work countryside so you guys stop complaining about the next thing.

Do not compare a lottery to a chemical gun raffle. EC cannot be bought with your money alright?
Yes. I would not complain if I won it, of course I wouldnt cuz all of us want whats best for themself. But what about the other 3499 players who didnt win it? Its not really fun watching a player win a gun that takes months to get. You overpaid layerd. A reward for a raffle should be a maximum of 50 ecs, 200 ecs is too much. You backstabbed all the chemical gun owners when you gave the CG for free. There is like what 14 cg owners? All of them spent months to get it except for that scrubby hamster 60 hours. Tell me thats not fair, tell me that doesnt annoy the CG owners? You made a mistake layerd. Luck does not deserve the same prize as skill, please understand the point im trying to deliver. Nothing in life comes easy am I correct? You didnt get your developer rank by luck right? All the staff were not hired by luck, same thing must apply to a gun like the chemical gun, it should not be won by luck!

200 ec these days literally takes years. I feel Chem gun would be a better prize for a giant spar/pk tournament etc. Not a random rafel only a few people were aware of.

I remember the first raffle i ever saw 2012 I think a guy with 10 hours got a saber it was pretty funny to say the least. They did this kind lf stuff back in 2011 to admins would host events and give out a gun for some people to use before it hit the shelves. I got Tec 9 for free from a box race 3 months before it hit shop then they nerfed it...

Grow Up And yes in life stuff can go easy a lot....Depending on your personality and who you are. Tbh he raffled auction items which is the same as event items, difference? - They limited. There is no rule that they cannot sell/give-away/raffle Event items. Layerd did NOT broke any rule and is therefore fully qualified to do this action. It is unfair I admit that but life can be unfair too in certain circumstances soo is this...just accept it and move on Mocking on this panda's head doesn't change anything giving him solutions/-advise does.

Wrong. Auction items are not the same as ec items, auction items are obtained with money which is basically itunes and 2-Its with luck cuz of the bidding. On the other hand EC items can only be obtained from events and free ec. Not with money or luck(except in chance events). And it should stay like that. Or else there is no point of calling it a EVENT coin.
